Q. How do I get a new password?

A. Click on ‘Forgot Password’ option available on the Sign in/Register page and a link to re-set your password will be mailed to your registered email id.

Q. Can I edit my personal information?

A. Yes, you can edit your personal information in the "My Account" section.

Q. How can I place an order?

A. To place an order, simply browse our website and add the desired items to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or through the courier's website.

Q. I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

A. We will be sending your items in separate parcels. Kindly check your emails for details.
Each delivery note will share the list of items you will receive. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing out anything.
If any item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and details. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

Q. What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with:
The order number
The faulty item's name and number
A description of the fault
Opening video of the parcel
An image where the fault can be seen clearly
We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Q. Can I change my order after I've placed it?

A. We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

You can cancel an order by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your recent orders. If the button next to an order says ‘Cancel’, you still have time to cancel by clicking the button.

If the cancel option is not available, then it is too late to cancel the order. However, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order. For more information click on our Returns Exchange Policy.

Q. How can I contact customer support?

A. You can reach our customer support team via email at support@anapparels.com, or by using the contact form on our website. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during weekdays.

Q. How long would it take for me to receive the refund of the returned/cancelled product?

A. Once you return a product, your refund will be processed in 7 - 12 working days from the date of receipt of your returned product in the store depending on the payment mode you chose.

Q. Within how many days can I return the product?

A. We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 7 days of delivery to get a 100% refund if the product meets our Returns Policy (non-customised/personalised items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached)
We are unable to provide returns under following circumstances:
Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label. Products that are purchased from outside India. Products bought from our partner stores and other marketplace websites. The brand reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Returns Policy guidelines. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 7 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

Q. How can I raise a return request on website?

A. To initiate a return, please follow these steps: Navigate to the Customer Service section in the website footer, Click on Return Orders and Complete the requested details and create a return request. Alternatively, go to My Accounts and follow the Return option. We also offer reverse pick-up services. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. Typically, returns are scheduled for pickup from the original delivery address within 2 to 4 business days. It's important to ensure that your package is securely packed in their original packaging, ensuring that any previous shipping labels are either removed or covered and seal the package securely and ready for pickup. Once the return parcel is picked up, a further 5-7 days are required for the returned product(s) to reach us. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Once we receive your return, we will initiate the returns check and validation process. Upon approval of the return, we will notify you via email, and your refund will be processed within 7-12 working days. If your return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will get in touch with you.

Q. Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

A. Cancellation is not allowed post placing an order. Incase for any critical issue, cancellation is needed please get in touch with our care team Customer Care team to cancel your order. If the order is not dispatched, we will cancel the same. You can return your order to us once you've received it.

Q. Do you offer gift wrapping services?

A. Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional fee. During the checkout process, you'll have the option to add gift wrapping to your order and include a personalized message.

Q. How can I exchange products I bought from website?

A. Product Exchange policy is 7 days from date of delivered. To raise an Exchange you can Go to My account section, select the eligible product you want to return and then select the product you want it in exchange of it. Incase the new product value is higher, balance amount will be charged from the customer. Incase the value of exchanging product is lower, the difference amount will be provided as store credit, which can be used to shop in the future orders.

Q. When will I receive the products I have ordered?

A. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 - 7 working days of the order confirmation date. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 21 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure or customise it depending on various other factors. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same.

Q. What are the shipping rates for Cash on Delivery orders?

A. The shipping rate for Cash on Delivery is INR 99 above the standard prepaid shipping cost

Q. What shipping cost is associated with prepaid orders?

A. For purchase in India, if the order value exceeds INR 1599, we offer free shipping on them. But if the order value is less than INR 1599, flat shipping cost of INR 99 is levied.
For international purchase, shipping cost varies depending on the destination country, the final amount along with shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

Q. Do you deliver products outside India?

A. We ship products worldwide (except Pakistan or countries where courier from India is restricted or falls under war affected zone)

Q. How can I get my order delivered faster?

A. We offer fast delivery service in metro cities (delivery within 72 hours of dispatch) at a nominal cost of INR 299. To opt in, please reach out to our customer care team before placing the order.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept various payment methods including UPI, internet banking, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, wallets, etc. depending on your location.
