Q. I have multiple orders on different approximate dates, will they be delivered together?
A. Each order is considered as a separate shipment. There is no guarantee that orders placed at different times can be delivered at the same time

Q. Can I update my delivery address?
A. Yes, you can contact us via WhatsApp or call support line for delivery address changes.

Q. Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery might be available for some products. There is Rs.150/- COD charge applicable.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. After completing your purchase, if the order is not shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our customer services. We cannot cancel your order after the status of your order is preparing for customised order or has been shipped.

Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once you have logged into your account, navigate to Account > Account Details to check your order details and status.

Q. Can I get my order gift wrapped?
A. Yes we provide the gift wrapped option for your order (chargeable extra).

Q. What is the normal duration of delivery after a product is ordered?
A. For normal products it takes 7 to 10 business days and for customised products it takes 2 to 3 weeks.
