Refund & Return Policy

Our refund policy is applicable in the case of:

1. Damaged or faulty products.

2. If the wrong product(s) is delivered

3. Orders are cancelled before dispatch (except customised orders).

Prepaid orders via debit card, credit card, net banking, or any other method using our payment gateway partner can be refunded back in the payment method used originally by you or in the form of store credit or store voucher, as per your choice. The amount is normally credited back to your account within 8–12 working days, depending on your bank or financial institution. Any COD orders will only be refunded in the form of store credit or a voucher, which will be emailed to your registered email address.

For any order that was not delivered, a refund will be processed only upon confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and that you chose to get a refund.

For international order returns, the refund will be processed once we’ve received the product back to our Indian warehouse. For orders placed through gift certificates or cards, a refund would be provided in the form of a new gift certificate or card for the same value.Once an order is returned, our team will be in touch in order to process your refund; this may take up to 2 weeks.

Note: The above refund policy is valid only if you mail us at  support@anapparels.com within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video to avoid any discrepancy.
