Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is applicable in the case of:

1. Damaged or faulty products.

2. If the wrong product(s) is delivered

3. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once the order is in processing

Damaged / Faulty / Wrong product will be exchanged with the new or altered one, according the respective case.

For international order returns, the exchange will be processed once we’ve received the product back to our warehouse. Once an order is returned, our team will be in touch in order to process your exchange; this may take up to 2 weeks
